You're good. You're learning through a form of muscle memory. Just like learning cursive. Repetition.
I mean animators trace their own art millions of times. It's your own art so I don't think it's a big deal
A lot of people do that. Hell, I used to do that before I lost faith in my traditional drawing skills and switched to full digital, lol.

I don't think it would. I know a bundle of artists that reference their own work to keep consistent.
